A History of Quality
The beautiful and bright Blanco Duro is sourced in one of the largest natural stone repositories in central Portugal. Formed over millions of years in a marine environment, this durable limestone is characterized by its speckled light brown fossilization, subtle variations and consistent creamy beige coloration. Blocks are carefully selected for extraction before being transported to a local factory for a comprehensive quality inspection and fabrication. After slabs are sawn from each block, individual sections are cut to size by order. Expert stonemasons oversee every step of the process, from the quarry to final shipment, ensuring superior precision in its production, and a pristine appearance for all new installations.
